Silencio is a german independent hip-hop producer, remix artist and theatre musician. His musical
oeuvre ranges between sample-based, experimental jazz pieces and dark electronic beats
combined with rough and dusty indie rock and hip-hop drums as well as deep basslines. As
producer and remix artist, he collaborated with german underground artists like Cocon, Audio 88
and Soda; at the same time, he founded the indie rap group "no ai banda" (i.e. there is no band).
Their debut album "KopfMensch" was released in 2009. In 2015/2016, Silencio published a solo
project which is split into the two instrumental albums "Teeth Out" and "Toothless". Apart from his
solo projects, Silencios musical focus lies on the collaboration with artists from all over the world.
In 2018, he released the indie rap EP YOU with US rapper Nate Flud. In addition, Silencio is
working on theatre stages for several years: In cooperation with the direction, he designs the
musical staging and performs live on stage as an ensemble member.
